Hope Now is a Christian organisation working in Ukraine for 40 years, supporting orphans, widows, students, pastors and ex prisoners. Since the beginning of the war they have become an important distribution centre providing aid and comfort for displaced people from the east, pointing them to the Saviour, while facing their own emotional and practical
challenges.
Thanks to everyone from here who has recently contributed 272 Paracetamol tablets, 48 Ibuprofen tablets, 18 pairs of ladies’ gloves, 3 pairs of men’s gloves, 24 items of ladies’ underwear, 5 sets of men’s underwear, 35 knitted blankets (in addition to another 25 earlier in the year).
Recently we took these to their Southampton H.Q. from where they are taken by courier to Ukraine. Two of their couriers were conscripted into the army, leaving Hope Now to find a reliable replacement.
Please pray for them.
Many thanks, Peter & Rosemary Pearson
